1. You may go to the office of Jurists Review Center Inc. at the G/F Azucena Arcade, 255 Alabang-Zapote Road, Pamplona, Las Piñas City. The Azucena Arcade is across the street from Max’s Restaurant, Pamplona, Las Piñas. Please bring two I.D. pictures. Check payments should be made payable to JURISTS REVIEW CENTER INC.

2. The application form may be obtained at our office or you may download it from our website or request that a copy be faxed to you. Please fill in completely the application form as the same will help our administrative and coaching staff to serve you better.

3. You may enroll by depositing your payment to the account of Jurists Review Center Inc., BPI Current Account No. 8301-0026-97 and faxing or emailing a clear copy of the deposit slip and the filled-in application form to (63-2) 871-57-49 or juristsbar@smartbro.net. Call or text us at (63-2) 846-39-37 or at 0939-634-6234 for confirmation.

4. You may pay online through PayPal. Email us a request for an invoice and we will send you one by email. The invoice contains easy instructions on how to pay using a major credit card. Not applicable to installment payment scheme. Then email or fax to us the filled-in application form.

5. A person is considered as enrolled only upon receipt of the cash or down payment by Jurists. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. Jurists reserves the right to decline applications for enrollment once the desired number of reviewees has been reached.

6. During the first day, please bring proof of your payment, i.e., the receipt or the deposit slip.
